Job Opportunity: Experienced FLT Drivers

We are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a major automotive plant in the North Birmingham area, accessible from Hockley, Aston, Perry Barr, and Central.

Position Details:

• Full-time ongoing work - Automotive
• Pay rate: £14.73 per hour
• Hours: 0600-1330 / 1330-2100 (rotating weekly)
• Premium rates for overtime
• Free parking, excellent working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months MHE experience as a FLT Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi driver
• In-date FLT Bendi, Counterbalance, and Reach licenses (issued within the last 3 years)
• Good communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to perform duties involving material handling, loading, cleaning, and working in narrow gangways

Responsibilities:

• Operating various types of FLT equipment in a busy manufacturing environment
• Assisting with 'off-truck' duties, including material handling and line loading
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the factory
