FLT Driver required to join a market-leading, global manufacturer based in Cleckheaton, on a permanent basis. You will support the despatch department by preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are packed and ready for despatch.

This hands-on role requires good attention to detail and safe handling of goods. The package includes 33 days holiday, overtime at premium rates, a pension scheme and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Formación

• FLT experience is required, including Counterbalance and Reach.
• Bendi experience would be beneficial.
• Must be literate and numerate, with the ability to read sales orders and calculate measurements and weights.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Must be comfortable with lifting and carrying goods safely.

Responsabilidades

• Wrap and pack individual products and prepare boxes to the quantities specified on sales orders.
• Weigh boxes and record the relevant details for shipping.
• Operate Counterbalance and Reach FLTs to assist with moving and handling goods.
• Support the despatch team with preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Complete paperwork accurately and follow all work procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and housekeeping.
• Work flexibly, assisting with other warehouse and production duties when required.

The core purpose of the FLT Driver is to support the despatch department by preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are packed, checked and ready for despatch. This is a hands-on role requiring good attention to detail, safe handling of goods and a flexible approach to supporting the wider team.

Key Accountabilities of the FLT Driver

Working Hours for the FLT Driver

• Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.00pm
• Friday: 7.30am to 3.00pm
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Role is based in Cleckheaton, Bradford.
