Meridian Business Support is recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Loader in Stoke-on-Trent to move, store and dispatch products safely and efficiently. The role offers rotating shifts and a clear path for progression in a well-established manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will load/unload with a Counterbalance forklift, operate a 4-pronged FLT (training provided), and support the broader warehouse and production teams while adhering to health and

Qualifications

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience operating a Counterbalance forklift.
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work rotating shift patterns.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance forklift.
• Operating a 4-pronged forklift (training available).
• Transporting finished products from production to warehouse.
• Picking, preparing and staging orders for dispatch.
• Stacking and storing products safely.
• Supporting warehouse and manufacturing teams.
• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining housekeeping.
