The Best Connection recruiting a FLT Driver / General Operative for Allerton Bywater (WF10). This full-time role offers £13.72 per hour plus overtime, with Monday–Friday shifts and no weekends.

Temp to perm opportunity at a forward-thinking recycling operation with safety, efficiency, and progression at its core. You will load materials, operate a Counterbalance FLT, keep lines moving, and support site operations in a clean, modern environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Looking for stable, long-term work.

Responsibilities

• Keep production lines moving efficiently.
• Load materials onto conveyors.
• Operate a Counterbalance FLT (approx. 30% of role).
• Sort, stack and organise materials.
• Support machinery and site operations.
• Follow health & safety procedures.
• Complete basic paperwork.
