People Solutions are seeking a dependable FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client in Severn Beach. The role offers an excellent hourly rate, overtime opportunities, and potential permanent placement for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates will have FLT experience as a Counterbalance Driver, Forklift Driver, Warehouse Operative, or related roles. Immediate start available with ongoing work and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating FLT equipment and loading/unloading.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check and build customer orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload trailers using FLT equipment.
• Move, store and organise stock in warehouse and yard.
• Operate Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain housekeeping standards.
