Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a FLT & Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance) in Peterlee for a temp-to-perm position. You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load/unload deliveries, and perform general warehouse tasks.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance FLT licence with a refresher in the last 3 years, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team. Interviews required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries.

Job Title: FLT & Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance)

Location: Peterlee

Hours: Monday to Friday, Various available Dayshift shift, mornings

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Job Type: Temp to Perm (subject to successful interview)

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or FLT role
• Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Interview required prior to starting
