Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd in Ross-on-Wye is seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a full-time, permanent role. Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with pay between £13.00-£14.00 per hour and immediate or upcoming start.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, load and unload deliveries, move and organise stock, and support the warehouse team while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate.
• Previous forklift/warehouse experience.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

The Role

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and organising stock around the site
• Supporting the warehouse and wider team with general duties
• Ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
