Day to Day Duties

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Driving/Operating an FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Conducting inspections of the Counterbalance and reporting any faults to management
• Receiving Goods into the Warehouse
• Stowing Pallets
• Adhering to Health and Safety at all times
• Check the quantity and quality (visual) of the incoming and outgoing goods
• Receive and unpack incoming goods
• Move goods around the Warehouse as an when required

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver you will need the following:

• A valid Counterbalance Licence that is RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
• Experience driving/operating a Counterbalance
• Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Organisational skills
• Reliability
• Self-motivated
• Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
• Team Player
• Working in a Warehouse Environment

Training

• Training will be provided and you will need to pass an Assessment
