DS Smith's Packaging site in Smethwick is seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance driver for an immediate start.

You will operate a 3500kg FLT Counterbalance, load and unload goods, and help the warehouse team ensure a smooth flow from receiving to dispatch. A strong focus on safety is essential.

Role shifts: 6am–2pm Mon-Thu and 6am–1pm Fri, then 2pm–10pm Mon-Thu and 1pm–8pm Fri; duration 3 months initially with potential to extend.

Competenze

• 3+ years of recent experience driving FLT Counterbalance.
• Previous experience within a Warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Profound UK Health and Safety knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proven experience conducting reliable attendance and punctuality.

An immediate start is available at DS Smith's Packaging site in Smethwick. This position is ideal for an experienced FLT Driver within tenure in Production, Manufacturing and/or Warehouse environments.

Monday - Thursday 6am -2pm and Friday 6am -1pm and the following week Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday 1pm-8pm

Pay

£16.27 per hour

3 months initially with the view to be ongoing
