Location: Grimsby Docks
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – 6am–6pm (Days) or 6pm–6am (Nights)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £12.35 (Day Shifts) | £13.35 (Night Shifts)
Breaks: 3 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently hiring Flow Room Operatives to work at a well-established bread manufacturing site located on the docks in Grimsby. This role is temp to perm, consistent work with full training provided – perfect for candidates looking to work in the food production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Controlling the flow of ingredients and materials throughout the production process

Operating equipment and maintaining a steady supply to production lines

Monitoring and reporting any issues or stoppages

Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

Working efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience is required, however full training will be provided

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern

Comfortable working in a fast-moving production area
