Job summary

Anglian Water Services is hiring a Flow Capital Delivery Manager to lead the Flow Compliance Capital Programme and manage a team of delivery engineers across operational sites. The role combines leadership, contractor management and CDM compliance to deliver safe, efficient projects for customers and the environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and performance data, and work with Operations, Finance and stakeholders to overcome delivery barriers.

• Ensuring CDM requirements and safety standards are understood and managed throughout the programme.
• Maintaining strong commercial, financial and programme controls, including budgets and forecasts.
• Using data and performance reporting to track progress and support decisions.
• Collaborating with Operations, Finance, SAP and stakeholders to remove barriers and accelerate delivery.
• Driving continuous improvement across the Flow Compliance programme.

Salary: Starting from £57,000 (circa dependent on skills and experience) + Car Allowance
