EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Our Flow Compliance Team has an opportunity for you to join us as a Flow Compliance Technician. This role covers the entire Severn Trent region, so please be aware that travel will be required.
Base location may be flexible
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the required MCERTs standards and data processing for a large database, building a relationship with the front-line operational flow assurance team.
The key accountabilities of this role will include:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Apart from being a great fit for the team you’ll ideally have experience analysing large data sets and an understanding of Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to create new queries and reports and link them to Excel for MI generation. You’ll also hold knowledge of Severn Trent systems, like TeRI BI and eSCADA.
You’ll have excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and hold some technical knowledge of wastewater. Knowledge and/or experience of MCERTS, TDV, DWF, and FFT is desirable but not essential. However, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn new technical skills and systems.
As this role involves travel, a Full UK Driving License is required.
