Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Fitter to join our friendly team based in Birmingham.

Salary - £32,000 per annum plus bonus

Type – Permanent, Full Time

Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

There is opportunity of earning a bonus of up £10,000 per annum when fitting at high volume and when weekends or bank holidays are worked.

We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to completing all their work to the highest possible standard. The ideal candidate needs to be friendly, hardworking and have a can-do approach to the range of tasks they are faced with.

Key areas of responsibilities include:

• Fitting flooring in domestic and commercial properties.
• Carrying out remedial or replacement works where necessary at minimal cost as instructed by our Customer Service department.
• Maintaining accurate service records.
• Carrying out measuring and deliveries if required.
• Liaising and cooperating effectively with the Customer Service team.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience with fitting carpets and other flooring is essential.
• A DBS check is a requirement upon a successful application.
• Must hold a full and current UK driving licence and have a willingness to travel.
• Will be required to gain a current CSCS card.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Extensive training programs for ongoing learning and development
