Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager (Flooring) based in Leicester with travel to sites across the East Midlands. The role oversees 10 to 15 live flooring projects, coordinating labour and subcontractors while driving on-site execution and client updates.

Salary £45,000–£55,000 plus a company vehicle/allowance, training courses and ongoing growth with a reputable flooring contractor.

Qualifications

• Flooring background essential.
• Experience coordinating multiple sites or projects.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple flooring sites across the East Midlands and surrounding areas.
• Coordinating labour and subcontractors across 10 to 15 live sites at any one time.
• Administration and workflow management through a CRM system.
• Flexible working available, but mainly site based.
