phs Group is seeking a Floorcare Service Driver in Wickford to service customer premises by swapping mats along planned routes. The role is permanent, 40 hours weekly, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend work.

A company vehicle is provided for business use, along with a structured benefits package. The ideal candidate holds a UK manual driving licence, keeps points below six, and can work 6am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Service customer premises by exchanging used floor mats for clean, replacement mats per routes.
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based).
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
• Return to the depot daily to unload collected mats and load clean mats for the next day.
