Job summary

Signature Pub Group Ltd. is seeking a proactive Floor Team member to greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and address guest questions or concerns promptly.

The role emphasizes teamwork with kitchen, bar, and floor staff, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a lively hospitality environment. A friendly, guest-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers, in person and over the phone.
• Providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Managing multiple tasks such as seating, ordering, and coordinating with staff.
• Collaborating with kitchen, bar, and floor staff for smooth service.
• Addressing issues or complaints quickly and calmly.
