Overview

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team in Gendros!

This is a permanent, part time role, working 30 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!

• Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriate behaviours in the checkout area and on the sales floor
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge
• Ensure safe environment for colleagues and customers
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability
• Protect and safeguard the Company assets
