Job summary

Drake & Morgan is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead our London Bars & Restaurants, overseeing sections and shifts while ensuring high service standards and guest delight.

We value strong product knowledge, excellent communication and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to upsell and coach the team. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Outstanding product knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Section management and shift delivery.
• Manage the pass, expediting and team interaction with head chef and kitchen.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed on every shift.
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift team meetings.
• Handle voiding, correcting and changing bills per Drake & Morgan procedures.
• Ongoing team training and development.
• Have thorough knowledge of all menu items, beers, wines, spirits and cocktails and be confident to upsell.

• Section management & shift delivery
