To stay ambitious, we are looking for a Floor manager to join our team in Norwich.

The opportunity
As a Floor Manager, you will provide an exceptional level of one-to-one service to our customers, using excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations. You will have a passion for fashion and delivering a world-class client experience. You will ensure brand standards are met and operational tasks are completed. This role offers eligibility for basic and enhanced commission on sales, retail incentives, and a generous employee product discount. You will receive ongoing training, coaching, and support with opportunities to progress.

The responsibilities

  • Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise
  • Confidently demonstrate and apply products to customers while making recommendations to achieve sales and targets
  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, being accountable for your sales results and KPIs
  • Stay passionate about the industry and trends
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge using brand and store information, education materials, and training
  • Engage proactively with clients to develop loyalty
  • Contact clients about new ranges, products, and in-store events
  • Plan and deliver in-store events with the store and brands
  • Maintain personal grooming standards according to company policy
  • Support stock counts and operational duties
  • Promote the product and company image positively
  • Support the store management team
  • Participate as a team player to meet store objectives
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Promote our company culture and values

The requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail management
  • Strong knowledge and passion for luxury retail and brand relationships
  • Experience managing a team of managers
  • Proven internal progression and development
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible schedule based on company needs
