Exciting Opportunity: Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Floor Manager to lead our busy Fresh Luxury Food floor.

The Floor Manager will oversee the dedicated Floor team, managing performance through strong leadership and ensuring consistent delivery of our world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Resolve escalated customer requests, queries, and complaints
2. Drive operational excellence across the department
3. Apply sound planning, organization, and time management principles
4. Encourage personal development and coach the team on product knowledge and procedures
5. Maintain excellent communication with departments such as Buying, Merchandising, HR, and Visual Merchandising

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will manage a team of sales assistants, with staffing increasing during peak Christmas periods.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role within the luxury market, with proven team performance management skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including late store closures, weekends, and bank holidays, is essential.
