The opportunity

As a Floor Manager / Department Manager, you will offer an exceptional level of one-to-one service to our customers, using excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations. You will possess a real passion for fashion and for delivering a world-class client experience. You will coach and develop the team, ensure brand standards are delivered, and all operational tasks are completed. This role offers eligibility for basic and enhanced commission on sales, retail incentive schemes, and a generous employee product discount. You will receive ongoing training, coaching, and support with many opportunities to progress.

The responsibilities include:

  • Providing a luxury selling experience to all customers with excellent product knowledge and expertise
  • Demonstrating products confidently and making recommendations to achieve sales targets
  • Driving and achieving individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales results and KPIs
  • Organizing and maintaining high standards of visual presentation and store cleanliness
  • Supporting stock counts and operational duties
  • Leading by example and coaching the sales team
  • Developing relationships with brand representatives
  • Participating in store activities and events
  • Maintaining personal grooming standards and adherence to policies

Qualifications and requirements include:

  • Experience in luxury or premium retail management
  • Knowledge and passion for luxury brands and building brand relationships
  • Experience managing a team of managers
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible scheduling
