As a Floor Manager - Regent Street at Levi's, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, whilst supporting and developing your retail team.

Key parts of the role:

1. Support the management team in delivering KPI's and implementing profit opportunities.
2. Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance.
3. Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team.
4. Work alongside store operations and the visuals teams to ensure a streamlined process is in place.
5. Assist with the customer journey by offering exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first.
6. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge.

Our ideal candidate:

1. Passionate about the brand and living our values.
2. Strong customer service skills and experience in efficiently managing a team.
3. A good track record of developing and progressing your team.
4. Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as a good understanding of store operations.
