We are embarking on an exciting new chapter and are seeking new team members to contribute to our growth. THE ROLE


As a floor manager, you'll support the brand leader and store manager in motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. Your store is a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers, who may shop in-store, online, or through partnerships. You'll help ensure outstanding in-store and online service, providing leadership and support to stylist team members responding to customer inquiries via our online system.


This role requires great organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to maintain an excellent customer experience and represent the AllSaints brand compellingly.


Leading the stylist team will be key—coaching, motivating, and supporting team members to succeed, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional service that makes customers feel amazing.


WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  1. Spending most of your day on the busy shop floor, trading with stylist teams, and ensuring all processes run smoothly while providing customers with the best possible experience.
  2. Overseeing and supporting stylist team members with customer queries across multiple channels, including emails, chats, and calls related to products and orders.
  3. Collaborating with our customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
  4. Being an expert ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team.
  5. Working commercially and proactively to showcase our products effectively, following guidelines, and highlighting best-sellers to enhance the brand experience.
  6. Managing daily store operations and team deployment, supporting your stylists through coaching and business acumen development.
  7. Working with the management team to exceed store targets and KPIs.
  8. Handling people matters such as return-to-work interviews, investigations, and performance reviews, liaising with HR as needed.
  9. Creating and implementing floor plans and rotas to set the store up for success each day.
