What You Bring

Nike Gretna Green is seeking a Floor Manager (Service) to join our team and deliver world-class service to our consumers.

Join the NIKE, Inc. team! As a Coach, your responsibilities include providing exceptional consumer service, ensuring a premium brand experience, and motivating your team. You will support daily business operations to meet sales targets, manage digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with store leadership to solve problems and promote NIKE’s initiatives, ensuring store standards and guidelines are maintained.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Commercial

  • Lead a team in efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation standards.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee the overall product journey in-store, working with department leads responsible for specific components.
  • Manage monthly initiative launches and utilize reporting tools for commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.

Athlete Experience

  • Ensure the team delivers a high-quality athlete experience.
  • Lead engagement in NIKE Community Ambassador activities.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and store scheduling in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Foster a positive NIKE culture within the store team.

Consumer Experience

  • Lead by example in delivering excellent sales floor service and enhancing the consumer journey.
  • Equip the team with product knowledge and digital service skills.
  • Complete and share training related to athlete services.
  • Use data and analytics to inform improvements and partner with senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years in customer service or retail, with at least one year in a Floor Manager role.
  • Strong coaching and team development skills.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and brand ambassador qualities.
  • Ability to apply product sales techniques effectively.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for retail hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
