What you’ll do…

• Ensure the restaurant/bar area are H&S compliant for each shift
• Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team
• Coordinate and run the reservations system
• Draft floor plans based on covers
• Support the Restaurant AGM with food & beverage stock management, including ordering and stock counts
• Assist the Restaurant AGM in training staff on wine, food, and beverage menus
• Handle cash and produce daily revenue reports as per hotel SOPs
• Oversee service on the floor and bar

• Collaborate with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability
