The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property – is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of daily service across our dining venues. You will be on the floor, leading by example - coaching, supporting and inspiring the team to deliver intuitive and gracious service. Whether it's managing the energy of a busy brunch or ensuring precision in a fine-dining setting, you’ll act as the link between the team and leadership, ensuring every guest leaves feeling seen and celebrated.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide the daily floor operations across designated outlets

Train and mentor the service team to uphold Rosewood’s service standards

Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers and management to ensure seamless service flow

Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

Contribute to rota management, briefing sessions, and on-the-job coaching

Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene policies

About You

Previous experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a luxury F&B environment

A natural leader who is hands-on, guest-focused, and calm under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for hospitality, people and creating memorable experiences
