This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a brand-new opening, working alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and help build a dynamic, motivated team.

POSITION SUMMARY As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of front-of-house service, supporting the wider management team in achieving sales and profitability targets, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

You will be an expert in service standards, guest satisfaction, and team engagement, and contribute actively to the quality, culture, and commercial success of Le Café NAC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily front-of-house operations, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and team performance.

Monitor and maintain quality control over food, drinks, uniforms, and guest-facing items to ensure consistency and excellence.

Support the financial performance of the restaurant by monitoring sales, labour costs, payroll, waste, and breakages.

Accurately record sales figures, comps, promos, voids, and timesheets to ensure smooth back-office operations.

Work with the management team on opening/closing duties and ensure the restaurant is guest-ready at all times.

Maintain clear communication across the FOH and BOH teams, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.

Support HR processes including team training, appraisals, and maintaining core standards such as grooming and service steps.

Design and deliver training sessions to upskill and inspire the FOH team.

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.

Review team performance in weekly management meetings and contribute to staff development planning.

Help develop incentive programmes and plan staff appreciation events during peak periods and holidays.

Oversee daily maintenance checks and communicate necessary actions to relevant departments.

Monitor health & safety and hygiene standards, reporting concerns to senior management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a fast-paced, quality-led hospitality environment.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.

A commitment to guest experience and a passion for hospitality.

Good knowledge of restaurant operations, from service and scheduling to health & safety and financial reporting.

A calm, confident, and solutions-focused attitude during service.
