We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Floor Manager to join our fantastic team at The Hero.

We seek someone who thrives on the floor alongside the team, takes ownership of all guest-facing areas, and ensures a seamless customer journey throughout the venue.

Our Floor Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management at The Hero. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

  • Salary- £35,000 per annum + Tips (potential to earn up to £50,000 PA)

Some of what you'll be doing as a Floor Manager at The Hero:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all guest-facing areas (bar, restaurant, and event spaces).
  • Ensure smooth transitions between service periods and floor sections.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours, while staying within budgeted labour costs.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, control labour costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure the venue complies with all license conditions, policies, and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
