Job summary

San Carlo Restaurant Group is seeking a Floor Manager at Cicchetti Covent Garden to oversee daily operations, direct staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in a similar leadership role, proven team management, and a proactive approach. You’ll work closely with supervisors to maintain top service standards, manage guest relations, and support training and development across the team.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgment and minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work assignments and recruit staff as needed.
• Assist in recruitment for the restaurant.
• Ensure smooth operation and adequate staffing each day.
• Deliver a high standard of service at all times.
• Support employee performance and training across the team.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the restaurant and ensured restaurant is staffed at correct levels each day.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2 year’s experience in a similar role
