Job summary

Gymshark is seeking a Floor Lead to drive an outstanding, people‑first customer experience on the shop floor. You will coach team members, run daily huddles and ensure store standards, presentation and stock flow are upheld.

You’ll act as a keyholder, opening/closing and leading in‑store decisions during peak periods, while maintaining Gymshark’s values. Ideal candidates will have retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a genuine passion for fitness and community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and coaching staff.
• Experience in a store environment on sales floor or stock/ops.
• Excellent customer service with ability to build genuine connections.
• Strong communication to lead teams during busy trading periods.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high standards in service, operations, stock, and visuals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Handling customer queries and escalations with professionalism, care, and sound judgement.
• Ensuring health & safety, cash handling, and operational checks are completed accurately.
• Adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive and productive environment

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members.
• Experience working within a retail store environment, either on the sales floor or within a stock/operations function.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create genuine customer connections.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead teams through busy trading periods.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high standards across customer service, operations, stock management, and visual presentation.
• A proactive, solution‑focused approach and the ability to make decisions when needed.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, community, and the Gymshark brand.
• Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, develop, and embrace feedback.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
