A family-run maintenance contractor is seeking experienced floor layers for social housing projects in East Anglia. This role offers immediate start with long-term, flexible work opportunities. Successful candidates will install various types of flooring and must possess a valid UK driving licence.

Location: Grantham, Stamford, Peterborough & Surrounding Areas
Pay: GBP160 per day (Van provided) GBP180 a day (Using own van) (Self-Employed)
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Contract Type: Long-Term, Ongoing (Self-Employed)
Our client, a well-established, family-run maintenance contractor based in East Anglia, is currently seeking experienced Floor Layers to work on social housing properties, primarily voids, in and around Grantham, Stamford, and Peterborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable company, offering excellent rates and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:Installing a range of flooring types including:
Altro floors
Cap and cove
PolySafe
Flat lay
Latex and floor preparation
Working primarily on void properties
Travelling across Grantham and surrounding areas
Proven experience in floor laying (as listed above)
Previous experience in floor laying in social housing preferred but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Must be reliable and able to work independently
Monday to Friday, full-time
GBP160 day rate (van provided) GBP180 (using own van) (self-employed)
Company van and fuel card available if required
Work with one of the leading recruitment agencies in East Anglia and the South
16+ years experience supplying trusted labour to the region s top contractors
In a recent survey, 96% of clients named ARC as their preferred labour supplier
Weekly pay, with a 1-hour pay resolution guarantee
Paid annual leave (for PAYE workers, pro-rata)
Pension contributions after 3 months (for PAYE)
