Job description

Portico is currently recruiting for a part-time Floor Host (Housekeeper) to join our team at the London offices of a world-renowned bank.

This is a unique role, focused on the presentation of the office, and plays a significant part in helping our team deliver an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external visitors, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include resetting meeting rooms, restocking pantries and stationery hubs, and keeping noticeboards up to date. The role also involves ensuring desks and flexible working spaces are ready for colleagues, raising issues or faults via the helpdesk, and collaborating with suppliers to address ongoing issues.

In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will be a friendly, helpful, and familiar face for clients in the office.

Part-time hours: 24 hours per week, with flexible shifts between 3pm-9pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £19,706

Note: Candidates will need to undergo a DBS check, a finance check, and provide documentation covering employment and address history for the past five years.
