Floor Care Specialist/Floor Care Technician - Whittier Rehab Hospital - Bradford
Full Time, Evening 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team for a 60 bed rehabilitation hospital/20 bed TCU unit located in Haverhill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning, buffing, and other floor care tasks as needed
• Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to maintain floors in excellent condition
• Execute custodial duties related to floor care and environmental services
• Ensure all areas are kept clean and sanitized according to company standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, and buffing
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and environmental service procedures
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a custodial role
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services
• Proficiency in various floor care techniques
• Certification in environmental services or related field
