Job summary

Buzzworks is seeking a friendly Floor & Bar Team Member in Scotland to deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will work as part of a team, learn bar and service skills, take orders, handle payments, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere; training provided and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities will help you thrive in a fast-paced venue.
• Willingness to learn and adapt with on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly, attentive approach.
• Process payments and handle POS transactions accurately.
• Assist in bar and floor service, including preparing drinks and clearing tables.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support team members as needed.
