This role will be based in Zuma London, the original restaurant located in the heart of Knightsbridge. Main Duties

Your key responsibilities as aFloor Assistantwill include:

Ensure smooth service by anticipating team needs and maintaining a clean, efficient floor.

Uphold Zuma’s standards through sharp attention to detail and polished guest interactions.

Communicate clearly with both FOH and BOH to ensure seamless delivery of service.

Represent the brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism at every guest touchpoint.

Support and guide junior team members, contributing to a strong, high-performing floor team.
