  7. Technical experience in UK drainage standards including SuDS
  8. Drainage modelling software (MicroDrainage or Causeway Flow) and competence in fundamental hydraulic design principles
  9. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civils3D
  10. A successful track record in project and construction, working with design teams to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects
  11. Experience working in diverse multi-disciplined teams to produce high-standard deliverables
  12. Experience working in client-facing environments, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
  13. Development of mutually beneficial external stakeholder relationships
  14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  15. Previous HS2 related experience
  16. Chartered status or close to achieving it
  17. A full UK driving licence
