We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the Cheshire East Supported Living service. This is a floating support position which involves providing support within the community across Crewe, Sandbach, Middlewich and surrounding areas. The team supports adults within the community with various support needs.
Salary £13.12 per hour
Hours 39 hour contract and 21 hour contract available.

Your days will be varied and could include supporting people to access the community, helping them find volunteering opportunities or employment, supporting benefit applications, helping them manage debts, building budgeting skills and promoting social inclusion.
We are not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we’re more interested in your values and how you build relationships with the people who draw on our support and fellow colleagues. If you find joy in the little moments of life, we want to hear from you! Patience and a sense of humour are also key qualities we’re looking for.
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training and have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
