Floating Support Coordinator

Location: Manchester

Salary: A£24,020 - A£30,790 per annum

Hours: Part Time

The organisation launched in October 2024 following the merger of two other organisations. They tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

The Role

As a Floating Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support clients through one-to-one work, care planning, risk assessment, and multi-agency working. You will also be involved in delivering group interventions and liaising with partners to support each client's overall health and well-being. This role is based in Manchester and involves visiting clients in their homes to deliver support. Therefore, a valid UK driving license is required.

Key Duties:

As part of their integrated team, you will collaborate with colleagues, community organisations, and stakeholders across a range of settings to help individuals maximise their sustainable recovery capital and community opportunities. They are committed to delivering an evidence-based, comprehensive psychosocial program alongside a range of activities that support wellbeing. Their focus is on ensuring effective delivery of a support package within the full integrated service model, with a focus on successful and sustainable exit from support.
