Job Opportunity: Sales Consultant

We are collaborating with a well-known PLC developer to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant for developments located in Plymouth, Exeter, and Okehampton.

Role Overview: Sales Consultants serve as ambassadors for new homes developers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer journey. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-completion customer care, advising customers on properties, house types, and guiding them through the buying process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets, reservations, and legal completions within set timescales.
  2. Coordinate with purchasers, construction teams, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in new house building sales or estate agency is preferred; strong customer service backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Positive, target-driven attitude with self-motivation.
  • Full driving license and own vehicle.

Additional Requirements: Flexibility, enthusiasm, and the drive to meet targets. Ability to work independently is essential.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to £33,000 (dependent on experience) with an OTE of £55,000.
  • One in four weekends off.
  • Flexible benefits package.
  • 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Working Schedule: Thursday to Monday, including regular weekends and Bank Holidays.
