Are you passionate about supporting people on their journey to recovery and independence? Join Change Grow Live as a Floating Support Volunteer and help individuals affected by substance misuse take positive steps toward a brighter future.

What You'll Do:

As a Floating Support Volunteer, you'll work closely with our Housing Team to support service users through every stage of their treatment journey. Your role will include:

  • Assisting with housing assessments, triage, and risk management plans
  • Supporting the development of individual community recovery plans
  • Delivering 1:1 key work sessions, including harm reduction advice and recovery planning
  • Helping service users achieve their care plan goals
  • Encouraging engagement in recovery activities within the service and wider community
  • Accurately documenting sessions using our case management systems
