A leading global real estate company is looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance and repairs of building services. This role requires relevant vocational qualifications and knowledge of health and safety regulations. Candidates should have strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively report to management. As the Floating Maintenance Technician, your duties will be to perform and coordinate a broad range of maintenance, repairs and installation activities, providing facilities performance reports to management, as directed, to contribute to a high standard of facilities for tenants and visitors and to contribute to the safety and security of all our properties.
Under limited supervision, apply intermediate knowledge of specific technical/operational practices and procedures (within own team). Incumbents apply established standards to generally routine assignments. Scope of issues tend to be fairly well-defined, and range from moderate to complex. A level of independent judgement is required.
