Job summary

LV Aero, LLC is seeking a dynamic Support Specialist to join the Flight Service team. You will support operations across Cabin Server, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Owner Services, Sales and Finance to ensure exceptional Owner experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating catering to Owner preferences, providing real-time crew support, sourcing Owner requests, and managing in-flight service and uniform inventory. Strong adaptability and luxury service familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have aviation industry knowledge and cabin server or corporate catering experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with luxury product and service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering orders with suppliers to match Owner preferences.
• Provide real-time support to cabin crew during operations.
• Source Owner requests and brief crew on preferences.
• Monitor in-flight service to enhance Owner experience.
• Assist with procurement and inventory for uniforms.
• Manage stock and presentation, and coordinate with vendors.
