Skyborne Airline Academy is offering sponsored upgrade opportunities for Flight Instructors looking to enhance their instructional qualifications and progress their careers. If you hold an unrestricted FI(A), we can offer bonded instructor upgrade pathways, including sponsorship towards IRI privileges, CRI ME, and PIC ME hour requirements, with a salary throughout your training.

Once fully qualified, your salary increases to £62,400 and you become eligible for our uncapped bonus scheme.

Formación

• UK CAA Part-FCL unrestricted FI(A) Certificate required.
• CPL and IR-SP-ME required.
• Approaching 200 hours of instrument flight time.
• Unrestricted UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to trainees.
