Job Title: Landing Gear Systems Technical Specialist - eVTOL

Location: Bristol, UK

This innovative company is advancing urban air mobility with a market-leading order book of 1,500 aircraft valued at over $6 billion. Supported by UK government backing and global investors, they are preparing for certification and operations by 2028.

We are seeking a Flight Control Systems Engineer to join their team. The role involves system-level design, integration, verification, and certification of flight control systems, including hands-on development, supplier oversight, and technical coordination.

• Define, integrate, and verify the Flight Control System architecture and interfaces
• Manage system requirements, traceability, validation, verification plans, and test procedures
• Support certification activities in line with ARP4754B, ARP4761A standards
• Lead development and verification tasks, coordinating across teams
• Contribute to certification planning, safety assessments, configuration management, and compliance documentation
• Assist principal engineers and safety team with fault tree analysis, FMEA, and safety case development
• Oversee supplier technical work and participate in reviews
