Job Description

Flight Data Analyst

Location: On site 5 days/week, based in Brize Norton

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Overtime

Job Purpose

Support A400M maintenance by capturing and transferring maintenance information generated by Part 145 into the Maintenance Data System (MDS). This includes data from prior to aircraft departure until returning to base, with weekly reports sent to Part 145 to ensure maintenance activities meet airworthiness standards.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Retrospective data entry into MDS, including closing work orders.
  2. Entering SRP data, signed off by engineers.
  3. Creating and closing logbook entries.
  4. Inputting flight ground test data.
  5. Managing deferring logbook work orders.
  6. Entering servicing reports into MDS.
  7. Performing equipment transactions.
  8. Reporting and escalating system issues to relevant personnel.
  9. Performing general administrative tasks.

The team supports essential maintenance activities for all live flight events, with on-call responsibilities including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Security Clearance

Applicants must undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, but recent residence outside the UK may require additional checks. Further criteria and checks will be discussed during the recruitment process.
