Job summary

Reflex Group in Barwell, UK, is seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer for a full-time, permanent role. The position covers mornings to Thursday night shift, totaling 36 hours per week.

You will manage a 10-colour narrow web servo-driven flexographic press, prepare for printing, troubleshoot issues, and monitor processes to meet exact specifications. The role emphasizes quality, efficiency, and safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate or quickly learn multiple printing machines and related software.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Flexographic printing is desirable, within a production environment.
• Experience meeting SEDEX and ETI requirements is helpful.
• Experience working in a team with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all printing tasks meet high standards and are maintained.
• Operate and maintain production speeds on shift and record performance.
• Pursue production improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
• Coordinate with the production manager to maximise machine utilisation.
• Work as part of a team and share information.
• Follow Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures and keep accurate records.
• Maintain safe working systems to keep people safe and operations efficient.
• Foster collaboration within the Print Department through good communication.
