Job Opportunity: Flexographic Printer

We are seeking candidates to join a leading provider of innovative label solutions, dedicated to enhancing transaction recording, ensuring order accuracy, and improving operational efficiency. The company is expanding its label portfolio and has an opening at its Cambridgeshire production plant.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will support the plant's goals by efficiently operating a flexographic press, printing labels to specifications with consistent quality. This skilled position requires strong mechanical aptitude and previous flexographic press experience. Candidates should have solid experience in a print environment, strong math skills, good attendance, and a desire to grow within a label-focused career.

Work Schedule

3-shift system, 5 days a week, approximately every 2 weeks:

• 6am – 2pm
• 2pm – 10pm
• 10pm – 6am

Requirements

• Safety-first attitude, including proper PPE compliance and maintaining a hazard-free environment. Compliance with safety standards is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in label manufacturing processes.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to change.
