Job summary

Atlas FM is recruiting for a Cover Cleaner on-site in Leighton Buzzard. This zero-hours role offers shifts based on business needs, with a £12.71 hourly rate.

You will be trained in cleaning tasks, safety procedures and customer service, and you’ll contribute to maintaining high standards across client sites while supporting a team of colleagues. We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented and reliable.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is essential (training provided).
• Basic English communication ability required for safety and interactions.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to communicate with the management team.

Responsibilities

• On-site cleaning to meet the client’s specification and standards.
• Induction and initial training during the first week of work.
• Provide high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based cleaning equipment and materials; full training provided.
• Replenish consumables and manage waste/recycling.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times, with Atlas guidance.
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality results.
