Job Description

THIS ROLE IS UK BASED AND THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK MUST BE ESTABLISHED DURING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS. WE ARE NOT SPONSORING VISA APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME.

We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients in the London Borough of Hackney. Each client is unique, and the joy and comfort they receive from our Care Professionals visiting them makes this a highly rewarding job.

Duties include:

• Reflect the core values of Home Instead
• Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
• Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions
• Maintain regular communication with line managers and office staff
• Provide companionship to ensure clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interactions
• Assist with home help tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
• Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, or shopping
• Support clients with personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to help them stay healthy and independent

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes
• Ability to undergo a full DBS check
• No formal care qualifications or experience required; we provide award-winning training
• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Healthcare Assistant, or caring for a loved one is a plus
