Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to a positive living environment to enhance clients' quality of life
  • Documenting daily activities and reporting significant changes
  • Maintaining communication with line managers and office staff
  • Providing companionship to ensure clients enjoy social interactions
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, activities, or shopping
  • Supporting with personal care needs like bathing, dressing, and grooming

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes
  • Full DBS check required
  • No formal care qualifications needed; training provided
  • Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or caring for a loved one is a plus

  • Flexible working patterns including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and nights
  • Paid holiday and competitive hourly rates (£13.50 - £14.50 after 8pm)
